Whether it’s a noble ambience as background for a gala, dignified background music at the aperitif, accompanying music at the wedding ceremony that gets under your skin, party band for the wedding party or dance-driving house / dance music for the club with DJ. I would be happy to play modern and stylish live music at your event. I have been performing at private and public events for over ten years with the following projects. I would also be happy to put together a suitable formation for you according to your wishes.

Whether a wedding, birthday party, public concert or aperitif jazz – the Duo Lumbago offers a gripping musical experience that convinces with diverse grooves, warm sounds and sonorous improvisations. The two professional musicians Daniel Gubelmann (saxophone) and Andreas Grob (guitar) form a long-standing and accomplished jazz duo that combines rousing entertainment with excellent quality. Their recipe for success is a tasteful mix of jazz, rock, Latin and pop songs, which are presented in a wide-ranging programme of creative arrangements.

To expand the timbre of Duo LUMBAGO, the two accomplished musicians also play together with singer Alina Amuri or Andrea Janser.

Daniel Gubelmann also performs solo with his laptop. Style: Lounge, chillout, current hits, covers, pop, dance, house, smooth jazz. For even more power, this formation can be expanded with a percussionist. And for the really big occasions, such as the opening of the Zurich Automobile Fair or the reception of the new Boeing 777 of the airline Swiss at Zurich Airport, the Gubelmann twins play as a double act.

If you wish, I can also put together a different formation for you, such as a jazz trio or jazz quartet, with vocals without vocals, party band, etc.
